Experience God Whisper To You...

The captain of the ship looked into the dark night and saw faint lights in the distance.

Immediately he told his signalman to send a message: "Alter your course 10 degrees south."
Promptly a return message was received: "Alter your course 10 degrees north.

"The captain was angered; his command had been ignored.
So he sent a second message: "Alter your course 10 degrees south--I am the captain!"

Soon another message was received:
"Alter your course 10 degrees north--I am a seaman third class Jones.

"Immediately the captain sent a third message, knowing the fear it would evoke:
"Alter your course 10 degrees south--I am a battleship.

"Then the reply came: "Alter your course 10 degrees north--I am a lighthouse.

"There are plenty of voices shouting at us through the fog.

What we need is the voice of a lighthouse in our lives.
And that's the voice of our loving Father.

Don't let the busyness of this world hinder you to hear Him.
God has a lot of things to say to you.
You'll experience God whispering to you, reminding you how much He cares for you.

God bless and I love you!

Forever With Jesus...

Birds singing,
Happy is their song,
Inspiring my heart
All the day long,

Reminding me sweetly
Of Jesus and His love,
Reminding me sweetly
Of Heaven above,

Joining in a chorus
God orchestrates,
Inspiring awe
Of all He creates...

Yes, the birds sing
All around me,
Playing a song
Of sweet eternity.

I smile in my heart,
Knowing Jesus is near,
Yes, in this beautiful morn
I feel He is here.

Yet when storms come,
Surely He is here too;
My Jesus stays with me
In all that I do.
So with happy birds

Singing today,
I sing of my Jesus,
My Love and my Way.

I sing of His glory,
Of all He creates,
Of the beautiful symphony

He orchestrates,
Of His mercy, His grace,

Of His eternal love,
Of His endless treasure
In Heaven above..

Yes, I join the birds
In their happy song,
As forever with Jesus
We do belong!

1Thessalonians4:17
"And so we will be with the Lord forever."

Running In The Wrong Direction...

You ran well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth? Galatians 5:7 (NKJV)When the Apostle Paul spoke to the churches in Galatia he complemented them, but then asked them a pointed question,
“Who hindered you from obeying the truth?” Paul told them they had run well, but something had obstructed them from running, or at least from running in the proper direction.

We need to take notice of this because this same temptation will be presented to us to stop running, or worse yet, to run in the wrong direction. When we sin, we know it immediately because the Holy Spirit convicts us.  The closer our walk with God, the more sensitive we are to sin, and to the resulting conviction. The further away we are in our walk with God, the more calloused our spirit of sensitivity and feeling becomes.

The devil loves to counterfeit God, so he will bring forth condemnation as his counterfeit of the Holy Spirit’s conviction after we sin.

So how do we know which one we are feeling – is it conviction or condemnation?
Here is any easy way to determine.  Conviction comes from the Holy Spirit, and it will cause us to “run” towards God to seek His forgiveness, and to get back to the shelter of His arms.

Condemnation comes from the devil, and it will cause us to
“run” away from God. And as a result we feel horrible and depressed—not worthy of God’s love or grace within our lives. But God doesn’t want us feeling this way, and He has given us a promise to hold onto when the temptation to feel condemned comes our way

The next time you feel bad because of your sin, check out what your response is. If you find yourself running towards God, you can be sure He is the One who brought the conviction to your mind and heart. But if you find yourself running away—not going to church, not wanting to read your Bible or daily devotions, or not wanting to talk to other Christians—then you can be sure it was condemnation from Satan in an attempt to destroy you and your walk with God.

Jesus paid the price for our sin in full.  Let’s not get full of pride when we recognize this, let’s get right with God by confessing our sin for what it really is, and let’s get back to the protective shelter and to the peaceful walk we know He has for us.
What does Romans 8:1 tell us about condemnation in the life of a believer?

Have you found yourself running away from God after living in sin? Can you now see how the devil was lying to you?
Let’s ask God for forgiveness of any sin we may have in our life. Let’s make it our intention to serve the Lord today. If you fall short, run straight towards Him and confess it for what it is. It’s this simple!

LET'S PRAY:
Father, thank You for convicting us when we are in error and have sinned. We understand Your Son’s payment covers our transgression, and that we simply need to confess it for what it is—sin. It is not our desire to write a blank check with regards to sinning because of your grace, and we desire for You to continue to allow us to see what sin looks like to You. In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen

God bless and I love you! :-)

Forgiveness of our sin...

Yes, you may have been wronged, and you do have the right to be angry at the sin,
but don’t let it eat you up inside.
Forgive others immediately and let yourself be freed.

According to Matthew 6:14-15 why should we be forgiving others?
Is there someone you have not forgiven?
Ask the Holy Spirit to bring to mind anyone who have offended or hurt you so you may forgive him or her freely.

Experience the freedom and power God has desired for your life.

LET’S PRAY:
Father, thank You for Your forgiveness of our sin.

Show us Lord those who we have not fully forgiven so we might resolve this with You.
Help us to continue to imitate You in every aspect of our lives.
In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen…
God bless and I love you!

“Happiness - here and now”

" It is possible to live happily in the here and now.

So many conditions of happiness are available--more than enough for you to be happy right now.
You don't have to run into the future in order to get more."

God bless and I love you!

Imitators of God ---"Loving Others"

And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. Ephesians 5:2 (NKJV)When we think about imitating God, we must first think about how much He loved us. God showed His love for us first by sending His only begotten Son to give His life for us to be the propitiation for our sins. We love Him because He first loved us. He reached down to us and He showed us how to love others as an example to follow. We are to love the Lord with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all of our strength (Deut. 6:5), and we do this practically as we lay our lives down for those whom He has placed within our lives (John 15:13).
We show our love for others and for God by abiding in Him, and by obeying His Word.  We are imitating God in love when we share His Word with those He has placed within our life—this includes family, acquaintances and friends.

Love is not just a word describing a feeling; it is an action manifested in selflessness—it considers others more important. When we love others in this way, we will yield our personal desires to allow for theirs. This is how we can know if we have God living inside of us; we will have true love in our spirit and in our heart for others, wanting the best for them. This is our living testimony to others, as we imitate what God has already done for us.

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 1 John 4:7-8 (NKJV)
Let’s choose to abide in God, and in His Word. Let’s allow the Holy Spirit to wash us in the Word, and empower us to love others in the same way Jesus loved.

LET’S PRAY:

Father, thank You for showing us how to love others.  Touch our hearts this day Lord, and teach us to love others with Your heart. Let us see others as more important than ourselves. In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen…

God bless and I love you!

Everyday is a gift...

Every day begins with a hope and ends with dreams.
And every day starts with some expectation... but ends with experience!!

Morning is not only sunrise but a beautiful miracle of GOD that defeats the darkness and spreads light.
May everyday spread light in your whole life!!

There were hundreds of YESTERDAYS that passed and so many TOMORROWS still to come;
But remember, there's only one TODAY to enjoy.

God bless and I love you!

Be yourself...

"Never be bullied into silence.
Never allow yourself to be made a victim.
Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself."

God bless and I love you!

Be fueled with God's Word...

It is our responsibility to be fueled continuously with God’s Word (John 15:5).
As we choose to abide in Him and His Word, He empowers us to walk in His Spirit

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Gal. 5:16 (NKJV)
I want to encourage you today—let’s choose to be fueled with the pure milk of God’s Word.

Let’s empower our lives to be more like Jesus’—
choosing to be used in a greater capacity for kingdom purposes.
Are you opening your Bible daily and being refueled?

Are you craving the pure milk of God’s Word?

Let’s make it our commitment to prayerfully read our Bible daily.

Let’s meditate upon what we are reading—asking God to show us what He wants.
Let’s allow His Word to wash and transform us.

LET’S PRAY:

Father, thank You for Your Word.  Thank You for helping us to understand it,

and for the transformation occurring in our lives as we prayerfully read and apply it.
In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen…
God bless and I love you!

"I Choose Your Way Lord"...

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV)God has given us an amazing power to make decisions in our own freedom. We can choose to know Him, and to have a relationship with Him,or we can choose to be independent and decide to have nothing to do with Him. This concept blows my mind, and yet I think I am beginning to understand it very well. God has created us with the intention of having a relationship with Him, but only if we are willing.

Adam and Eve chose to live independently of God’s wishes in the Garden of Eden, and as a result of their choices mankind could no longer spend time in fellowship in the presence of God (Gen. 3).Even so, God in His mercy and grace still desired for this intimate fellowship with man, and as a result He demonstrated His love by allowing Jesus to come to earth to bear the payment of man’s sin, so the relationship might be restored (John 3:16; 1 Cor. 15:3-4).

God had provided another chance for each of us to know Him intimately –to have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus Christ (John 14:6). But this relationship would require each man to submit to God’s plan for redemption independently.

Let’s choose to lay our life down before The Maker of the Universe each day, and ask Him to be our Lord. Let’s tell the Lord today, “I choose Your way!”  Now let’s read His Word so we might know His will for every aspect of our lives (Rom. 12:2).

LET’S PRAY:

Father, thank You for being our Lord, our friend, and our God.  We humble ourselves before You this day, and we ask that You would lead us in every aspect of our lives.  We love You and we praise You, in Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen…
God bless and I love you!

Defining creativity...

"Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while"

Choose life and blessing...

Choose life and blessing! That should be your vote today! The government of God and His people. Profound: your attitude decides your altitude. Wonderful maths.

Deuteronomy 30:19...

'I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.'
- Life involves a series of choices.
- Every choice has its own reward and outcome.
- The choices we make are important and determine our future.
- So choose wisely and choose life so that you can enjoy the rewards.

LET US PRAY...:
Lord, help me in the choices that I need to make. My prayer is that Your Holy Spirit will lead me so that I will choose the life You have made available to me. Amen.
God bless and I love you!

"Our Transformation"

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV) There are times when I don't feel as though I am making any progress in my spiritual walk with God. When this happens, I will take a brief look back over my past few weeks, months, or even years, to see what God has done in me, and through me. When I do this, I can find it very encouraging to see how different my thoughts, actions, and values are compared to before. I don't re-live the condemnation of my past failures (Rom. 8:1), or give them any place within my thought-life (2 Cor. 10:5), but I will focus on God's grace and transformation in each area within my life where I once struggled. Let’s choose freely to lay these areas at His feet and ask for His transformation and healing.

LET’S PRAY:
Father, thank You for Your transformation of our lives. Help us to see every area where we are not abiding in Your will, or where we are being deceived by the enemy. Help us to lay these habits, vices, or bitter emotions down at Your feet and be healed today, by Your Precious Blood, In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen...

God bless and I love you!

Imitators of God --- "Forgiveness"

Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. Ephesians 5:1 (NKJV)I cannot think of any better way to show respect to God than to obey His commands and to imitate Him. When it comes to the attributes and character of God, the first thing coming to my mind is His amazing grace (unmerited favor), and His forgiveness.

We are told in Ephesians 4:32 to forgive one another, even as God through Christ forgave us. This verse begins by telling us to “be kind and tenderhearted” towards each other.  This actually means we are to be generous, warm, and compassionate to those people who have offended us. This type of attitude goes way beyond simply forgiving someone for their offense; it treats them as if it never happened, and it is an attitude of sympathy for them as well.
I would imagine there are times where many—if not all of us—come to a point where we draw a line when it comes to forgiving someone. But not God! He forgives all who will ask for it, over and over again, choosing to be patient, loving and kind in the process.
So how important is it to forgive others?
Jesus gave us the answer as recorded in
Matthew 6:14-15...

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

LET’S PRAY:
Father, thank You for Your forgiveness of our sin. Show us Lord those who we have not fully forgiven so we might resolve this with You. Help us to continue to imitate You in every aspect of our lives. In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen…

God bless and I love you!

Choose wisely...

It takes sadness to know what happiness is..
Noise to appreciate silence..
And absence to value presence..
Hate no one, no matter how much they’ve hurt you..
Live humbly, no matter how wealthy you become..
Think positively, no matter how hard life is..
Give a lot , even if you’ve been given a little..

In life, we have a lot to Lose & very little to Choose..
Whenever you get a chance to choose, do it wisely & see that you

NEVER LOSE WHAT YOU CHOOSE..!!
God bless and I love you...

Times of change...

Forgive one another as God forgives us...

“Forgiveness is something God commands all of us to do, knowing it will keep the channel open when we seek Him in prayer (Mk 11:25).  You see, if we don’t forgive others, He won’t forgive us.
So what does it mean to forgive someone?

Forgiving someone means we won’t hold what they did against them. It means we will not bring it up over and over each time we get into an argument or fight. It means we choose to forgive them of their offense just as God has forgiven us of our offenses.

Satan wants to destroy as many people as possible with every sin. He first gets the person committing the initial sin, and then he works at getting all those affected or hurt by them – knowing many will have a problem forgiving. It is like putting out a fishing line with multiple hooks and getting more than one fish per cast.
So how can we keep from sinning because of unforgiveness?

By keeping our focus on Jesus—His Word, His love, His mercy, and grace. And by choosing to love God so much that we will choose to imitate how He does things.

Here’s the thing—There are consequences of having an unforgiving heart—it will quench the Holy Spirit, and hinder His work in and through our life.  Unforgiveness can even damage our physical bodies, as we hang on to the bitterness it gnaws away at our core mental health and emotional stability, and soon stress takes over and ravages our lives.

What if someone offends us more than once, should we still forgive him or her? YES!
The Apostle Peter thought he had this one figured out when he asked Jesus this question in sort of a rhetorical way.
“Should we forgive them seven times?” (Matthew 18:21) Peter thought this was a huge number of times to forgive a person. But Jesus simply answers him back.
“I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.”It isn’t a matter of mathematics; it is a matter of the heart.  And God wants us to have a forgiving spirit.

Yes, you may have been wronged, and you do have the right to be angry at the sin, but don’t let it eat you up inside.

In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen
